Shipping Policy
- We offer standard shipping for all orders purchased through Hypestages.com.
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday-Friday, excluding Malaysia National holidays).
- For in-stock items, depending on the shipping method you select, your order should be processed and ship within 2 – 5 working days after order verification and credit approval.
- Shipping rate may according to your location. Despite the number of shipments you receive, you will never be charged more than the amount stated on your order confirmation.
- All shipments are processed in our Malaysia facility to both east and west Malaysia.
Orders will be processed and shipped once credit card authorization is received. - You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped.
- International: We currently do not ship items purchased from this website to any other destination outside of Malaysia.
- Note that during festive periods, please allow more time for delivery. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused.
- Due to COVID-19 and high volume, delivery times may be longer than normal.
